Eligibility
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, free shipping is available on orders with a total value of ₱4,500 or more. The total value is calculated after any discount codes are applied.

Geographic Limitations
At this time, free shipping is only available for deliveries to addresses within Metro Manila. We do not offer free shipping to areas outside of Metro Manila, including provincial locations or international destinations.

Service Availability
Free shipping is subject to availability and may be suspended or altered due to unforeseen circumstances, such as logistical constraints or service area changes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Time
Orders qualifying for free shipping will be processed and delivered within the standard delivery period of 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific location and other external factors.

Order Fulfillment
Should there be delayed availability in any or all of the products in an order that qualifies for free shipping, our team will be in contact with the customer to ask for replacement item/s. Eligibility for free shipping will be dependent on the updated total value of purchase.

Return and Exchange
Should the customer choose to return and exchange any or all of the items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rates will apply to all replacement orders on return and exchange.

Non-Qualifying Orders
Non-qualifying orders will incur standard shipping rates, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
